Shipping Policy

Canada :

Express delivery within 3-4 working days with EXPRESS SHIPPING 


FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS WITHIN CANADA AND THE US


If for some reason you don’t love your pieces, you have 14 days to exchange or return it (except custom products).

Delivery is made from Monday to Friday during working hours. If you are not at home we recommend that you gave us an alternative address. If you choose to refuse your order package, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred and the cost of returning the package to our address. This amount will be deducted from your refund. If the costs are bigger than the cost of the order your order will be abandoned.

We are a minimal accessories brand based in CANADA, so please note that the customer is responsible for the payment of any extra duties, customs, import charges or taxes imposed by the destination country. No charges or customs will be applied to orders delivered to countries within CANADA.

Please double check all personal and postage details when completing your order as MIAS does not take responsibility for missing packages (phone number, correct email, door number, ...). We may not accept delivery to PO.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your returned jewellery must arrive at our office within 14 days after you receive them. We do not offer free returns or pre-paid labels. Custom products cannot be returned.

You may receive a refund or store credit of your purchase price before shipping costs once the item has been returned in its original condition.

If our tests prove that the items were already worn or changed (except for fitting purposes), we will not accept them. The items will be sent again to the customer, with no warning.

We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail or customs, so please collect your tracking information for good measure.

Please follow these steps: 

  • Prepare the return formulary with your name and order number (if you don´t have the return page print here).

  • Make sure that the jewellery is packed in our boxes.

  • At the post offices, clarify the customs declaration, on the outside of the package please mark it as "RETURNED GOODS" and declare $0 to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges on packages returned by customs. (if you don´t do this we may never receive the package and we cannot make a refund).

After we receive the items, allow 1-7 business days for refund, without shipping costs.
